Exceptional support and guidance.
We invite all our colleagues to follow an induction programme at our head office in Mies, Switzerland. The programme gives all new recruits the opportunity to find out about the Group and meet the people that will support them throughout their careers. In addition it offers the IOTA GROUP the opportunity to pass on detailed information about the parameters of the assignment and prepare the logistical aspects. Above and beyond the induction / information programme, Iota teams regularly visit the sites to see our expatriate staff.
